This service is at no cost to you. You recieve all the features and benefits of booking direct yet you get more us as your partner. Clubbhouse presentations, marketing tools and a personal connection not always achieved with an 800 number.

From New Jersey to Alaska, from Europe to Africa Stout’s Travel takes the stress out of your travel program. Be it by tour bus, cruise ship, rail or air. We have the experience and logistical expertise to plan, prepare and execute travel programs with you at the head of the table.

We book and manage the supplier contracts

Single day trips * Full retreats * Transportation to and from airport and cruise piers, if/when applicable
We understand the structure of management companies and provide timely invoicing to avoid roadblocks.
Your resident’s adult field trip starts out as an exclusive coach. i.e. you are the only people in the group. If you find along the way you are struggling with goals, we will work with you to leverage other like-minded travels to join along, improving the overall success of the trip. This is, of course, done under the terms and conditions of the community.

For Eastern USA travel we would work out the timing and logistics to ensure that all participants are comfortable and not spending too much time on the road, from their pick up to the first venue.

For cruise piers and airports, we can expand the pick-up area and incorporate more communities as a whole.

We are very aware of the community calendar and cut suggest certain trips at certain times to compliment your calendar.
We can do 1 trip or the entire year – these are processes that are customized to fit you and your work environment.
